A well-thought-out layout is crucial to the success of any logistics solution. We create clear, functional facility layouts that optimally reflect your spatial and operational requirements. We use state-of-the-art 3D planning tools such as Autodesk Inventor to realistically visualize facilities – accurate to the millimeter.

Our layouts not only help with technical feasibility, but also with internal coordination, investment decisions, and communication with project partners. The result: a visually tangible, planning-safe structure.

Throughputs

How many units per minute/hour/day/shift/... can reliably pass through your system? Is the throughput calculation accurate and reflects reality? These questions are central to every investment decision – and part of our consulting services. We calculate the realistically achievable throughput of your system, taking into account all side effects such as VHS, QA, exception handling, etc.

We consider not only maximum values, but also seasonal fluctuations, buffering options, and the behavior of sensitive goods. Our goal: a system that not only functions "under ideal conditions," but also maintains consistent performance in real-life situations – without overload, unnecessary buffers, or costly downtimes.
